So I just read Paper Tigers by Wesley Yang and I can't gush enough about the style, content, and voice in his article in New York Magazine. http://nymag.com/news/features/asian-americans-2011-5/ Here is the link to the article; just so that I am not getting anybody’s hopes up, I have no real legitimate claim to authority as far as critiquing any literary piece. If I like it, that might be tantamount to gold regardless of what any other review says. I don't read theirs so I could hardly care if anybody took mine, let alone read it.
At this point I'm almost inspired to write a piece titled Changing Faces: Hispanic Like Me, or perhaps on a funnier note, American: Broke Like Me.... any good titles?
